大家好,我係畢霆聰!自從我出咗上一篇文之後,好多朋友仔問我,究竟咩叫「反」,咁今次我就同大家講下啦!「反」即係話個茶底渾濁、做唔到晶瑩剔透。而「反」咗嘅茶通常都會比較嚡口,咁杯凍檸茶就無咁好飲喇。咁點解會「反」呢?主要原因係喺製作茶底嘅時候,茶底溫度相差太大,或者篤完檸檬後,酸鹼度嘅變化。
